Our story
Expertise born in the field, strengthened by years of strategic support for investors and hotel groups.
Coming from a hotel group in Alsace and trained in hospitality, Richarde furthered her knowledge with a master’s degree in Tourism Engineering at ICP Paris 6e, then a bachelor’s degree in commercial unit management at IPAC, and obtained an accreditation in real estate valuation.
Her many years of experience,
- in a family-owned hotel group, in operations, sales and administration, and managing a team
- running a restaurant in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement
- in hotel real estate at CENTURY 21
have given her solid knowledge of hotel real estate.
With more than 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, Richarde Riehm founded RR Hôtels & Finance with a clear ambition: to offer investors and owners tailored expertise, built on rigour, discretion and in-depth knowledge of the sector.
Her background, combined with her command of banking and operational issues, has given rise to a unique approach focused on the long-term value of hotel assets.
